Following coordination sign off we proceed with creating individual DETAIL spool drawings broken down by system type and area in accordance with the project schedules for accelerated fabrication assembly.
Our Fabrication efforts allow our team to expedite onsite delivery by assembling components in a controlled environment. Every component delivered directly to our Fabrication Shop is verified through our in-house Quality Control Program assuring the correct parts have been received prior to proceeding with Fabrication. Utilizing our in-house pre-fabrication team increases the product quality as well as the QUANTITY produced, accelerating the overall timeframes associated with individual field activities. Our team offers many different fabrication options but one specific area is accelerating schedule, improving quality reducing costs in a safe working manner with producing Equipment Skids.
